Ingredients:

  • Fresh purslane leaves (a handful)
  • Water (for boiling)
  • A small cloth or gauze

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the purslane:
    • Harvest fresh purslane from your garden or find it growing in the wild. Be sure to pick healthy leaves without damage.
  2. Boil the leaves:
    • Place the fresh purslane leaves in a pot and cover them with water.
    • Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to soften the leaves.
  3. Mash the leaves:
    • After boiling, remove the leaves from the water and mash them into a paste while they are still warm.
  4. Apply the paste:
