Homemade Black Pepper Infused Oil Recipe (for external use, not cooking):

Important note: While black pepper oil does have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive-supporting properties, the claims in the image are not fully backed by strong scientific evidence. It may help with digestion, circulation, and cravings when inhaled or applied in small, safe amounts, but it is not a cure for uric acid buildup, arthritis, or addiction.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup olive oil (or coconut oil as carrier oil)
  • 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns (crushed lightly)

Instructions:

  1. Slightly crush the peppercorns to release oils.
  2. Place them in a clean glass jar.
  3. Pour the olive/coconut oil over the peppercorns.
  4. Seal the jar and let it sit in a warm place for 1–2 weeks, shaking gently every day.
  5. Strain the oil through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  6. Store in a dark glass bottle.

How to use:

  • Massage into sore joints/muscles (diluted further if sensitive skin).
  • Add a few drops to a diffuser for inhalation.
