1 cup cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce (Rao’s or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings (use your favorites):
Mini pepperoni
Sliced black olives
Diced bell peppers
Mushrooms
Red onion
Fresh basil (optional)
Crushed red pepper (optional)
Optional Add-Ins for Extra Flavor:
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of garlic powder

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Build Your Pizza Bowls
Place 6–8 small foil ramekins on a baking sheet.
In each cup:
Add 1–2 tbsp pizza sauce.
Sprinkle a little mozzarella.
Add a spoonful of ground beef or sausage.
Add toppings (pepperoni, olives, peppers, etc.).
Finish with another layer of mozzarella.
Build them like mini lasagnas — sauce, cheese, toppings, repeat.
3️⃣ Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
If you want a browned top, broil for 1 minute.
4️⃣ Serve
Let cool for 2–3 minutes (they’re hot!), then dig in with a fork.
