Castor oil and Clove recipe

Here’s a simple castor oil and clove recipe you can prepare at home, often used for hair growth, scalp health, or massage:Buy vitamins and supplements

½ cup castor oil ( cold-pressed if possible)

1–2 tablespoons whole cloves (or ground cloves)

Infusion:
Heat the castor oil on low flame (don’t let it boil).
Add the cloves and let them simmer for 5–10 minutes until the oil darkens slightly and gives off a clove aroma.

Cooling:
Remove from heat, let it cool down.

Strain the oil to remove cloves (optional).

Storage:
Keep in a glass bottle in a cool, dry place.

Uses:

Hair: Massage into the scalp 2–3 times a week to promote hair growth, strengthen roots, and reduce dandruff.

Massage: Can be used as a warming massage oil for joint and muscle pain (thanks to clove’s natural analgesic properties).

Note: Always do a patch test first, since clove oil is strong and may irritate sensitive skin.
