Apple Cherry Jam Cake

Here is a perfect, soft and moist bundt cake recipe exactly like the one in your photo — simple batter, golden top, fluffy inside.

Soft & Fluffy Bundt Cake (Ciambella / Bolo Simples)

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (200g)
  • 1 cup milk (240 ml)
  • ½ cup oil (120 ml)
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (260g)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • Zest of 1 lemon/orange (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the batter

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until pale and creamy.
  2. Add oil and milk, mix well.
  3. Sift in the flour and mix gently.
  4. Add vanilla or zest.
  5. Add baking powder last and fold in.

2. Bake

  1. Grease and flour a bundt pan (like the one in the picture).
  2. Pour the batter inside.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40–50 minutes until golden and risen.
  4. Do not open the oven for the first 30 minutes.

3. Optional glaze (for shine like the picture)

Mix:

  • 2 tbsp apricot jam or honey
  • 1 tbsp warm water

Brush over the warm cake.

 Result

A tall, moist, golden bundt cake — fluffy inside and shiny on top just like your photos.
